Getting Ready
for your InfraRed Session

Water
Drink Lots of water. Hydrating
your body before the treatment will help purge toxins out of your
body. Drinking 2-3 glasses of water before your treatment is recommended.
You will also be given all the bottled water you can drink during
the session, and a bottle when you leave.
Of course with all
this water it is advised that you visit the restroom prior to
the one hour session. Need we say more?
What to wear
It is recommend that
you wear a long sleeved sweat shirt and long sweat pants that
are made of COTTON and that are somewhat thick. The main reason
for the long sleeves are for improved comfort from the heating
wraps. It is better if they are not in direct contact with your
skin, and thicker material seems to be all the better.
You will more than
likely sweat enough to soak whatever you are wearing, so keeping
that in mind. Many people bring a change of clothes or plan that
they will go directly home.

Medical
Conditions
The infrared spectrum emitted by the InfrRed deep heat system
is reputed to provide an astounding range of possible therapeutic
and weight loss benefits. As with any program, results may vary
and we do not offer any guarantees. Even though infrared therapy
is considered a non-invasive treatment it is recommended that
you consult a physician if you have any health questions or concerns.
Further:
1. If you have a disease or illness, please contact a physician
prior to use.
2. If you are using prescription drugs, check with your physician
or pharmacist for any possible change in the drugs effect due
to any interaction with infrared energy.
3. It is inadvisable to raise the core temperature in someone
with adrenal suppression and systemic lupus erythematosus or multiple
sclerosis.
4. If you are pregnant or suspect that you maybe pregnant, please
do not use the InfraRed system.
5. Metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants

system; nevertheless you should consult your physician prior to
using the InfraRed system. Please discontinue usage of the InfraRed
system if you feel any discomfort or pain near any implants.
6. Heating of the low back area of women during the menstrual
cycle may temporarily increase their menstrual flow. Once a woman
is aware that this may occur, she can choose to us the InfraRed
system or avoid it’s usage during her menstrual period.
7. Hemophiliacs and anyone predisposed to hemorrhage should avoid
the InfraRed system or any type of heating that would induce vasodilatation.
8. Should any existing condition worsen with the use of the InfraRed
system, please discontinue its use.
9. DO NOT attempt to self-treat any diseases with this InfraRed
system without direct supervision of a physician.

kidneys and associated organs, fever, severe general infection,
